Yamaha YTR-8335 RC Xeno – the Bb trumpet for demanding professionals and ambitious players

With the Yamaha YTR-8335 RC from the renowned Xeno series, you play a professional Bb trumpet that combines power, projection and the finest tonal control. It was developed for musicians who accept no compromises – in the orchestra, the big band or as a soloist – with a warm, carrying tone and a response that effortlessly supports even the quietest melodies.

Gold brass bell for a dense, carrying sound

At its heart is the two-piece French bead bell made of gold brass with a 123 mm diameter. The gold brass gives the tone a warm, colourful foundation, while the carefully judged material thickness delivers a dense, powerful projection with optimum response. Bright, powerful sounds unfold just as naturally as soft, lyrical passages.

Adjustable resistance thanks to the detachable tuning slide brace

The detachable main tuning slide brace makes the YTR-8335 RC remarkably versatile: attached, it increases resistance for a focused, compact tone; removed, it opens the instrument up for a freer playing feel. This lets you match the trumpet to your repertoire and playing situation. The ML bore of 11.65 mm and the durable Monel valves ensure precise, smooth-running mechanics.

Your advantages at a glance:

• Powerful projection: two-piece gold brass bell with French bead for a dense, carrying tone.
• Adjustable resistance: detachable tuning slide brace for a focused or free tonal character.
• High tonal flexibility: from bright and powerful to lyrical – expressive across all registers.
• Professional mechanics: durable Monel valves and a balanced ML bore for precise, smooth playing.
• Ready to play: case and Yamaha TR-14B4 mouthpiece included.
