The ideal starting instrument for small hands, with a big guitar's sound

The Manuel Rodriguez TRADICÍON T-57 in 3/4 size brings traditional Spanish guitar craftsmanship to a child-friendly format. Designed for young guitarists from around age 8 who are not yet ready for a full 4/4 classical guitar, but who should not have to compromise on tone. This unit is a B-stock item with minor cosmetic imperfections — fully functional in terms of sound and playability.

A solid cedar top for a warm, rounded tone

The solid cedar top delivers a warm, harmonically rich tone from the very first note, one that continues to open up as the player progresses. Mahogany back and sides give the tone a solid foundation, while the traditional dovetail neck-to-body joint ensures lasting stability — important for an instrument that has to withstand a child's daily practice routine.

Spanish craftsmanship down to the last detail

An ovangkol fingerboard and bridge, a mahogany headstock veneer, and maple body binding show the ambition behind the TRADICÍON series: classical guitar building without compromise, just in a smaller format. The Van Gent tuners from Holland, with black rollers and buttons, turn smoothly and hold their tuning reliably — ideal for beginners who want to focus on playing rather than constant retuning.

Your benefits at a glance:

• Child-friendly size: 3/4 body with a 570 mm scale length, suited to smaller hands and shorter arms.
• Mature tone: solid cedar top instead of plywood for a warm, projecting sound.
• Traditional craftsmanship: dovetail neck joint and mahogany/ovangkol combination, just like full-size classical guitars.
• Reliable tuning stability: Van Gent tuners from Holland for precise, lasting tuning.
• Attractive entry price: as a B-stock item with minor cosmetic imperfections, especially good value.
