This crystal singing bowl was created in collaboration with Woodie Wulin, a Daoist priest and recognised expert in TCM sound therapy. Each bowl in the series is tuned to a particular frequency based on the philosophy of yin & yang and the five elements. The earth bowl with its tuning of 256 Hz (note C4, referenced to 432 Hz) stands for grounding and centring.
