Powerful tone through a solid soundboard and refined action

The solid spruce soundboard, paired with B Series Special hammers, delivers a warm, projecting tone with long sustain. The V-Pro frame construction with 5 backposts keeps the instrument tuning-stable even under powerful playing. The 88 keys, with white key tops in acrylic resin and black key tops in phenolic resin, provide a comfortable, secure touch for years of use.

TC3 TransAcoustic: digital versatility from the acoustic body itself

The TC3 system turns your B30's own soundboard into a speaker: two actuators set it in motion to reproduce binaurally sampled, 256-note polyphonic sounds from the Yamaha CFX and Bösendorfer Imperial concert grands – with no external speakers required. Via Bluetooth Audio/MIDI you can connect a smartphone or tablet to play along with backing tracks or stream music straight through the piano's body.
