After your order you will receive the rental agreement by email

1. The tenant pays the above-mentioned monthly rent for the instrument. Rent is due in advance, the first upon receipt of the instrument, and subsequent rents are due by the 1st of each month.

2. The monthly rental payments will be credited at 50% towards the purchase price of the borrowed instrument upon final purchase.

Transport costs for the outward and return journey of €50.00 each = €100.00 + 2 rental deposits are to be borne by the renter, but may be fully credited upon purchase of the rented instrument.

Any necessary repairs are not included in the rental price. Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase.

3. Term of the rental agreement: 12 months.

If the rental agreement is not terminated at least 2 months before the end of the term, it will be extended for 12 months.

(Early termination of the rental agreement through purchase is possible at any time)

4. The seller's retention of title expires only after full payment of the purchase price. Delivery will then be subject to an extended retention of title.

5. The renter undertakes to treat the rented instrument with care. He is liable to the lessor for all damages and losses caused by negligence or intent.
