Thanks to the built-in SH3 Silent System, you can also play silently through headphones at any time, regardless of the hour or your neighbours.

Concert-grade tone from a solid soundboard

The solid STRUNZ spruce soundboard and German bass strings deliver a full, harmonically rich tone typical of Yamaha grand pianos. The 88 keys with IVORITE key tops replicate the grip of natural ivory and ebony, offering a pleasant, non-slip touch even during long practice sessions.

SH3 Silent System: concert grand sound, even through headphones

Engage the mute and play using high-resolution binaural samples of the Yamaha CFX concert grand and the Bösendorfer Imperial, with 256-note polyphony and 25 voices. Connect your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, control the instrument through the Smart Pianist app, and record your playing directly as WAV or MIDI to a USB stick.
