Carefully selected tonewoods for a warm, projecting sound

The top is made from carefully selected spruce, prized for its resonant qualities. The back, ribs and neck are crafted from beautifully flamed maple, which gives the instrument both its distinctive look and a balanced, well-projecting tone across all registers.

Fine details, right down to the fittings

The pegs and endpin are made from polished ebony and finished with a subtle Parisian eye inlay. The Teller No. 42 EBV bridge with its V-shaped ebony insert, together with the fitted Thomastik Dominant strings, round out the setup and ensure good response from the very first note.
